Peak Season Booking Conditions :

• Full amount of room charge required as a deposit.
• Returned if confirmed cancellation 30 day in advance of reservation.
• 50% refund if confirmed cancellation made 7 to 30 day in advance of reservation.
• No refund if cancellation less than 7 days from reservation.
• 500 Bahts charge for one extra bed.
• Extra Person charge 300 Baht/Pax/Night
• Meal Rates – American Breakfast 150 Baht (included in rates)
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are net inclusive of 10% service charged and 7% vat

Transfer:

• Airport – Hotel or Hotel – Airport at 600 Bahts net per car (maximum 3 persons, cash payment only upon check in)
