It is always the season to indulge yourself at Aloha Villa. Experience comfort in any of our 121 air-conditioned rooms comprising 53 twin, 62 double, and 6 triple rooms. All are fully furnished and featuring hot and cold showers, refrigerators, safety deposit box, and satellite TV.

We offer the following room types at the rate that subject to vary from season. Rates are per room and quoted in Thai Baht.

Low Season Booking Conditions :

  • 1 night of room charge is required as a deposit.
  • Room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 7 days in advance of reservation.
  • 50% refund if confirmed cancellation confirmed more than 4 day in advance of reservation.
  • No refund if cancellation made less than 3 days from reservation.
  • 300 Baht charge for one extra bed. Non breakfast .
  • Extra person charge 300 Baht/ Pax / Night
  • Meal Rates – American Breakfast 200 Baht (included in rates)
  • All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
  • Early Checkout : Will be charge for 1 night

High Season Booking Conditions :

  • 50% of amount of room charge is required as a deposit.
  • Room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 14 days in advance of reservation.
  • 50% refund if confirmed cancellation confirmed more than 8 day in advance of reservation.
  • No refund if cancellation made 7 days or less from reservation.
  • 300 Baht charge for one extra bed. Breakfast not included.
  • Extra person charge 300 Baht/ Pax / Night
  • Meal Rates – American Breakfast 200 Baht (included in rates)

Peak Season Booking Conditions :

  • Full amount of room charge required as a deposit.
  • Room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 30 days in advance of reservation.
  • 50% refund if confirmed cancellation made from 15 to 30 days in advance of reservation.
  • No refund if cancellation made less than 15 days from reservation.
  • 500 Baht charge for one extra bed. Non breakfast .
  • Extra person charge 300 Baht/Pax/Night
  • Meal Rates – American Breakfast 200 Baht (included in rates)
  • Early Checkout : Will be charge as full period
  • All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
Transfer:
Airport to hotel or hotel to airport transfer at 700 Baht net per car
(maximum 3 persons, cash payment only upon check-in).

Minibus as Baht 1,200 maximum 9 person.
