Cancellation & No Show Policy
A valid credit card is required by Aloha Villa to guarantee a reservation. This guarantee may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation or by sending the Aloha Villa a credit card guarantee by fax. For your convenience, a form for entering your credit card details is available to print after submission of the booking. Credit cards details held by Aloha Villa will only be debited should one or more of the following condition occur.

Low Season Booking Conditions :

• 1 night of room charge is required as a deposit.
• Room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 7 days in advance of reservation.
• 50% refund if confirmed cancellation confirmed more than 4 day in advance of reservation.
• No refund if cancellation made less than 3 days from reservation.
• 300 Baht charge for one extra bed. Non breakfast Non breakfast .
• Extra person charge 300 Baht/ Pax / Night
• Meal Rates – American Breakfast 150 Baht (included in rates)
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• Early Checkout : Will be charge for 1 night

High Season Booking Conditions :

• 50% of amount of room charge is required as a deposit.
• Room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 14 days in advance of reservation.
• 50% refund if confirmed cancellation confirmed more than 8 day in advance of reservation.
• No refund if cancellation made 7 days or less from reservation.
• 300 Baht charge for one extra bed. Breakfast not included.
• Extra person charge 300 Baht/ Pax / Night
• Meal Rates – American Breakfast 150 Baht (included in rates)
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• Early Checkout : Will be charge as full period

Peak Season Booking Conditions :

• Full amount of room charge required as a deposit.
• Room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 30 days in advance of reservation.
• 50% refund if confirmed cancellation made from 15 to 30 days in advance of reservation.
• No refund if cancellation made less than 15 days from reservation.
• 500 Baht charge for one extra bed. Non breakfast .
• Extra person charge 300 Baht/Pax/Night
• Meal Rates – American Breakfast 150 Baht (included in rates)
• Early Checkout : Will be charge as full period
