No Show Policy
A Valid credit card is required
by Aloha Villa to guarantee a reservation. This guarantee may be made
confidentially by secure server at the time of
making a reservation or by sending the Aloha Villa
a credit card guarantee by fax. For your
convenience , a form for entering your credit
card details is available to print after submission
of the booking.
Credit cards details held
by Aloha Villa will only be debited should one
or more
of the following condition occur.
01 Nov to 19 Dec
and 16 Jan to 16 Apr
1 Night of room charge required
as a deposit .
1 Night of room charge returned
if cancellation confirmed more than 15 days in
advance of reservation
No refund of 1 night of
room charge when cancellation 15 days or less
from reservation.
No show - 1 night charge.
17 Apr to 31 Oct
1 Night of room charge required
as a deposit .
1 Night of room charge returned
if cancellation confirmed more than 7 days in
advance of reservation
No refund of 1 night of
room charge when cancellation 7 days or less
from reservation.
No show - 1 night charge.
Peak Season ( 20
DEC to 15th Jan)
Full amount of room charge
required as a deposit.
Full amount of room charge
returned if cancellation confirmed more than 30
days in advance of reservation.
50% refund of room charge
returned if cancellation 7 up to 30 days in advance
of reservation.
No refund of room charge
when cancellation less than 7 days from reservation.
No show : Full amount of
reservation will be charged.

Please note that
your cancellation has been Accepted only
when you receive a cancellation number.
